As a shift commander, I do a lot of training work at the white board. Pre-planning fires, after-action reviews with the crews, & discussing strategic & tactical decisions with the officers. I like these discussions to be quick-&-dirty, but also reflect how dynamic fire scenes are & how all the pieces fit together one step at a time with the arrival of each apparatus.
It's hard to do that with just a static sketch on the white board, so I designed these simple magnets that are easily added & moved around a magnetic white board. It lets me sketch a simple house or commercial building, & show how the first-due, second-due, ladder company, etc. arrive & go to work.
Is it a little Kindergarten-ish? You bet!....But I figure anything that lets us have a legit conversation about priorities on-scene & the responsibilities of each company (even each member) based on how they are due can't possibly be a bad thing!

The STANDARD size is good for talking to crew-size groups in firehouse kitchens & dayrooms. The LARGE size is good for classroom size groups like whole-shift training or fire academy or fire officer classes. The JUMBO size is good for large conference room presentations.

Heavy commercial magnet material designed to stand up to outdoor use. These are NOT die-cut, and the customer will need to use scissors to cut each set to separate the pieces.
